There is a definite change in our market area in the East Bay, and Buyers better wake up if they want to snage the home of their dreams. Mortgage rates are great! Inventory is at a level which is providing lots of choices! Prices are awesome! It is time to become a buyer. And, it is critical to not have short term memory during the process. Until next time...
